AGGIORNAMENTO: trapelano le prime indiscrezioni relative al prezzo di commercializzazione del T830. Sarà venduto, sempre che l'ipotesi sia fondata, a circa 700 Euro. Confermato l'arrivo nei negozi nel mese di Luglio 2006.
 Dopo mesi di attese, anticipazioni, ipotesi, come preventivato ecco che il Pda phone di Fujitsu-Siemens viene annunciato ufficialmente. I due modelli, il T830 ed il T810, diversi soltanto per la presenza della fotocamera integrata da 2MP, compaiono sul sito dell'azienda. Leggiamo il comunicato:
"Con Windows Mobile 5.0 e le funzionalità Umts, il Pocket LOOX della serie T ha sempre accesso ad e-mail, appuntamenti, e ad altre applicazioni Office. E' 'user friendly', con la tastiera Qwerty integrata ed un brillante display TFT. Il nuovo dispositivo high end arriverà nei negozi il prossimo Luglio".
Ed ecco, confermate una ad una rispetto alle anticipazioni, fatta eccezione per l'Usb (Host) che avrà protocollo 1.1 e non 2.0, le specifiche complete:
