Glofiish M700 with WM 6:
Benchmark Results
SoloPalmari Review (page 1)
- Introduction
Only a few hours have passed since the release of the Windows Mobile 6 update for the Glofiish M700, and yet we're sure that users are already wondering if this new Operating System can deeply improve the overall performance of the popular PDA & GPS Phone, made by the Taiwanese company E-TEN. Another interesting aspect is whether this firmware update brings any new, useful and interesting features.
To the many questions probably being asked in various forums around the web world, we hope to bring a rapid and objective answer thanks to our traditional series of benchmark tests, all carried out with the well-known application Spb Benchmark.
So in typical SoloPalmari fashion, once finished upgrading the M700 to WM6 , we immediately loaded the benchmarking tools developed by Spb software house. Naturally, all the new results were compared to previous results taken during an earlier test, when the Glofiish M700 still had version 5.0 of Microsoft's handheld operating system.
